Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert was driving around Indianapolis when he witnessed a random act of kindness from a police officier.
According to Hibbert, he was driving when he saw the police officer in the picture above pull over and go to his trunk to give a homeless man a brand new pair of boots.
